Terms

Terms of Use

The ground rules for hacklabasu.org, from quoting and sharing to acceptable behaviour, ownership of the material, and the limits of what we are answerable for.

Using this website

By reading hacklabasu.org you accept the terms on this page. If any part of it does not suit you, the right move is to stop using the site.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Hacklab ASU is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you find through it. You are responsible for your own decisions. Fuller wording is on the legal notice page.

Content and accuracy

We take care with what we publish and still get things wrong sometimes. Nothing here is a guarantee. Articles are general information unless a page says otherwise, and they can date between the day they were written and the day you read them. Check anything important against a current source before acting on it.

Permitted use

Share and quote freely; a short excerpt that links back is fine and asks no permission. What crosses the line is copying a whole piece, republishing it as someone else's, or harvesting the archive into a product without asking.

Acceptable conduct

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, scrape at abusive scale, submit malicious content, or impersonate anyone. We may restrict access or remove submissions when activity harms the site or the people reading it.

An outbound link means we thought the destination was worth a look on the day we published, nothing more. Whatever sits there, its content, terms, prices and uptime, belongs to that service and can change without any notice to us.

Changes

These terms are updated when the site, the law or our practices change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
